On September 5th, amidst enthusiastic applause, the opening ceremony of the third Chinese language course jointly organized by Twyford (Ghana) and the Confucius Institute at the University of Cape Coast was grandly held at the KEDA (GH) Ceramic CO. LTD.. After a strict selection process, 54 enthusiastic students stood out and will start a brand new Chinese learning journey.

Mr. Lorry Li, General Manager of Twyford (Ghana), Mr. Liu Weigang, Deputy General Manager, Ms. Ou Yamei, Chinese Dean of the Confucius Institute at the University of Cape Coast, Mr. Jia Dongzi and other distinguished guests attended the ceremony and delivered wonderful speeches.

In his speech, Lorry emphasized the importance of Chinese language learning for the personal growth of employees and the development of the company. He encouraged the students to “grasp the infinite possibilities, remain resilient, and motivate each other to face challenges together. The future of the company depends on the strength of our team. Each member is the key to realizing the company's vision.”

Ms. Ou also elaborated on the profound significance of learning Chinese. She encouraged the students to bravely face the difficulties in learning, persevere, cherish this rare learning opportunity, constantly improve themselves, and lay a solid foundation for future success.

In addition, two outstanding student representatives also shared their experiences and successful experiences in learning Chinese, providing valuable learning references for new students.
