Innovation & Metamorphosis, Forging a Shared Future | 2026 Twyford International Côte d’Ivoire Distributors Conference Concludes Successfully in Abidjan

2026-04-13

ABIDJAN, Côte d’Ivoire — Hosted under the core theme of “Métamorphose”, the 2026 Twyford International Côte d’Ivoire Distributors Conference was grandly convened recently in Abidjan. Bringing together core authorized distributor partners from across Côte d’Ivoire, the event marked a pivotal milestone for Twyford International’s strategic iteration and in-depth localized layout in the Ivorian market. The conference featured a full agenda covering flagship store inspections, modern factory open-house visits, corporate strategy launches, annual honor ceremonies and key project kick-off events, enabling brand partners to align vision and consolidate cooperative consensus.

Beyond an annual industry gathering, the summit serves as a strategic consensus-building platform. Centered on comprehensive brand transformation and operational upgrading, Twyford International joins hands with local distributors to embark on a new journey of mutually beneficial and sustainable development amid market changes.

Setting Industry Benchmarks: Redefining New Standards for Brand Retail Terminals

The official conference kicked off on April 3 with an on-site inspection tour led by Twyford International’s overseas operation team, visiting the brand’s flagship experience store in Abidjan — the top-tier terminal benchmark of Twyford’s building materials business in Côte d’Ivoire.

Boasting a construction area of 150 square meters, the flagship store pioneers the brand’s Big Store Strategy, breaking the scale limitation of traditional small and medium-sized building materials outlets and establishing a new operational benchmark for the local ceramic retail sector. Abandoning the outdated monotonous wall-mounted tile sample display mode prevalent in local stores, the outlet adopts an immersive scene-based design, building full-scale mock-up spaces covering living rooms, dining areas, bathrooms and kitchens. Equipped with high-end customized soft furnishings including furniture, landscape greenery and decorative artworks, the store presents integrated home space solutions, allowing end consumers to intuitively perceive the matching effect between ceramic products and diversified interior design styles.

Equipped with one-stop integrated sales services, the flagship store provides professional space design and tile matching consultancy for customers, effectively cutting consumer decision-making costs and boosting customer unit price. In addition, standardized daily operation management is fully implemented onsite, including regular sample iteration and all-round venue maintenance, to maintain high-standard terminal presentation all year round. Following the inspection, multiple participating distributors stated that the flagship store model offers a clear upgrade roadmap for their offline outlets in terms of site scale, brand image, display design and daily management, firming up their confidence to build high-standard standardized retail terminals.

Inspecting Intelligent Production Base: Witnessing Localized Manufacturing Hard Power

The next day, distributors visited Twyford’s modern Côte d’Ivoire factory (operational since 2025) – the first large-scale open house. They witnessed the full production chain from raw material processing to automated manufacturing, quality inspection, and warehousing, demonstrating the brand’s solid manufacturing capabilities and long-term local commitment.

Strategy Release & Honor Commendation: Drawing Joint Growth Blueprint for 2026

At the plenary session opening, Deng Yong, General Manager of Twyford Côte d’Ivoire, delivered the opening address. He noted that Twyford International’s strategic deployment in West Africa and Côte d’Ivoire is a core component of the brand’s global globalization layout, as well as a firm commitment to deepen local rooting, realize localized production capacity, optimize regional supply chain efficiency and respond rapidly to local market demands.

Dong Shuhong, West Africa Regional Head of Twyford International, delivered a themed speech entitled Changing Markets, Emerging Growth Opportunities. He conducted in-depth analysis on the current consumption upgrading trends and competitive landscape of Côte d’Ivoire’s building materials industry, pointing out that distributors need to elevate comprehensive operational capabilities together with the brand to seize emerging market growth tracks.

Li Guohao, National Business Manager of Twyford Côte d’Ivoire, released the brand’s 2026 channel support policies in detail, covering optimized rebate incentive mechanisms, omnichannel marketing empowerment and upgraded after-sales service systems. He highlighted the official launch of the K2 Development Plan and the optimized localized supply chain system, which will empower distributors with more flexible, cost-competitive policy support to achieve deep strategic alignment and win-win growth.

The excellent distributor sharing session became a highlight of the plenary. Three outstanding local distributor enterprises — KAMS BAT SARL, SARL QCF and BONCOEUR PLUS — shared practical cooperative experiences, covering brand initial cooperation, long-term partnership operation and terminal image transformation-driven sales growth, striking strong resonance among all attendees.

Subsequently, the annual honor award ceremony was held ceremoniously. Twyford International recognized outstanding cooperative distributors for their outstanding performance in 2025, presenting six major honors: Annual CRM Digital Pioneer Award, Leap Forward Progress Award, Sales Pioneer Award, Long-term Strategic Partner Award and Distributor of the Year Award.

The brand-themed gala dinner followed, featuring local cultural performances and interactive lucky draw sessions. The event further tightened the trust bond and deepened the cooperative friendship between Twyford International and its Ivorian distributor partners.

Key Project & Product Strategy Launch: Empowering Terminal Full-cycle Growth

The second day of the conference focused on terminal capability empowerment, with a batch of core strategic projects and product plans officially unveiled:

Led by Ange Huere, Project Supervisor of Twyford Côte d’Ivoire, the brand officially launched the regional Mason Project. As a key link connecting the brand and end consumers, local mason groups will be systematically cultivated and cooperated with, to further expand terminal customer channels and lift regional market share.

Sun Yaoyong, Overseas Promotion Manager of VOSA System, launched the upgraded VOSA Digital Store System. The intelligent system integrates visual tile simulation, automatic intelligent quotation and precise customer portrait analysis functions, aiming to help offline stores improve customer negotiation efficiency and transaction conversion rate comprehensively.

Ali Jibai released Twyford’s 2026 ceramic product iteration strategy, focusing on the launch of new flagship product lines including soft-matte ceramic tiles and anti-slip rustic grit tiles, which balance high-end design aesthetics and local household practical performance.

Besides ceramic product upgrading, Gao Tianyu, Building Materials Business Manager of Twyford Côte d’Ivoire, unveiled the regional development layout of Frencia Sanitary Ware. He elaborated on the brand positioning, core product advantages and 2026 marketing roadmap of Frencia in West Africa, enriching the brand’s one-stop whole-house building materials solution capability for terminal stores.

Immersive 240 Exhibition Hall: Interpreting Cross-border Aesthetic Design

The 240-square-meter themed exhibition hall onsite stood as the core visual highlight of the conference. Designed with European Modernism as the core concept, the exhibition hall integrates Italian Renaissance aesthetic genes and Spanish ceramic design philosophy, setting up six themed immersive experience zones to reshape modern home space aesthetics:

Rêverie d’Agate Verde: Green-toned ceramic tiles matched with natural soft furnishings deliver agate-like warm gloss, creating tranquil and vibrant living spaces.

Lumière Douce Nordique: Light marble texture tiles adopt soft-gloss craftsmanship, cooperating with minimalist grey space design to realize bright, transparent Nordic-style home ambiance.

Temps Doré: Premium warm yellow marble tiles with flowing golden veins are matched with original Spanish wood-grain tiles. Complemented by velvet and metal decorative elements, the space presents low-key luxury and timeless texture.

Rivage d'Ivoire: Soft-matte grey tiles feature delicate natural textures just like morning coastal mist, building stable and soothing space atmosphere.

Matin sur l'Avenue des Champs-Élysées: Warm yellow base tiles restore the dawn tone of Parisian streets. Adopting Italian System inkjet technology and Torrecid digital carving materials, the matched wood-grain tiles achieve 1:1 restored 3D natural wood texture with layered grey texture embellishment.

- Horizon du Désert du Sahara: Polished grey marble tiles simulate flowing sand dune textures. The interplay of light and shadow interprets naturalist aesthetics that balance rugged texture and refined design.
