KEDA (Ghana) Ceramics Factory is speeding up the vaccination

Published: 2021-03-31

Since the second wave of the epidemic hit overseas in 2021, we have already become a community with a shared future. Everyone is in the same boat. No innocent person will be spared under the avalanche. The epidemic waits for no one, and everyone must race against the epidemic. The general manager of KEDA (Ghana) Ceramics Factory Li Wei and all employees of the commercial department negotiated with the government of Ghana and the Health Department of Western Region, and secured the first batch of 500 doses of free Astrazeneca COVID-19 vaccine for the employees of the ceramic factory.

At 8 o’clock on March 31 (local time in Ghana), six doctors from the Health Department of Ghana Western Region arrived at the KEDA (Ghana) Ceramics Factory to inject the Astrazeneca coronavirus vaccine for the first batch of employees of the company. A total of 205 Chinese and local employees completed the vaccination.

Vaccination

Natural disasters cannot be determined by us, but we are able to combat them. The vaccine is not yet available to the public in Ghana. With the support of the governor of Ghana Western Region, KEDA (Ghana) Ceramics Factory is the first and only company in Western Region to administer the vaccine. The first batch of employees was vaccinated this week, and the company will continue to consult with the Health Department of Western Region to vaccinate the second batch of employees as soon as possible.
