This March, the power of women at Twyford International blossomed across the globe. Subsidiaries in Kenya, Senegal, Zambia, and beyond hosted heartfelt and meaningful International Women’s Day celebrations, paying tribute to every female employee who shines in her role.

Kenya: Ceremony and Recognition, Honoring Outstanding Contributions

During an uplifting ceremony, Twyford Kenya’s management extended festive greetings to all female colleagues. The "Outstanding Female Employees of 2025"—representatives from the General Management Office, Human Resources, Finance, and Warehouse departments—shared their inspiring stories. From gifts and group photos to a warm tea reception, these simple yet thoughtful arrangements served as a sincere recognition of their hard work and dedication.

Senegal: Beauty and Thoughtfulness, Celebrating You

Twyford Senegal prepared customized festive attire for all female employees, along with flowers and thoughtful gifts. During a sharing session, participants exchanged perspectives on women’s roles in the workplace and reflected on their personal growth. In that moment, intellect and insight converged, forming an indispensable force driving the company’s development.

Zambia: Listening and Connection, Uniting “Our” Strength

At Twyford Zambia, 41 female employees gathered in vibrant traditional attire, sharing laughter and warmth. They openly discussed proud moments at work while also addressing the challenges they have faced. Writing sincere words of appreciation for one another and offering valuable suggestions for team development, this meaningful dialogue on support, empowerment, and growth vividly reflected the resilience, wisdom, and leadership women demonstrate both in the workplace and at home.

In addition, the company headquarters distributed shopping vouchers to every female employee. Twyford Kisumu presented decorative flowers and snack packages; Twyford Cameroon provided holiday allowances; and Twyford Tanzania gifted flowers and festive care packages to female colleagues.
