Tile paving training enter into the Kisumu ceramic factory
19th November,2022
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the accelerating pace of consumption upgrades, consumers have put forward higher requirements for the quality and service of home furnishing. Consumer pain points such as effect gap, price moisture, and after-sales no one cares, especially for decoration effects, consumers pay more attention to the overall sense and artistry of home decoration. In fact, tilers learn skills mainly through "pass on experience", and there is no professional and systematic training, resulting in a situation of "green and yellow" in the brickwork industry.
On November 19th, the Kenyan Marketing Department conducted a one-day paving training at the KEDA Kisumu Ceramics Factory. This training takes the form of theoretical teaching, on-site observation, practical exercises, experience sharing, and Q&A. Kenyan market managers, tiler experts and more than 50 outstanding tilers participated in the paving training. The experts gave a comprehensive demonstration of the paving process and explained the construction points in detail, which benefited the tilers present a lot.
