Tile paving training enter into the Tanzania ceramic factory

On December 13th, Tanzania Marketing Department conducted a one-day paving training for our tilers, which was successful held at the Chalinze factory. Our earlier preparations and expectations had targeted 50 tilers to attend the event.

This training takes the form of theoretical teaching, on-site observation, practical exercises, experience sharing, and Q&A. Tanzania market managers, tiler experts and more than 40 outstanding tilers participated in the paving training, which attracted widespread attention from local media and the industry. At the event site, the experts gave a comprehensive demonstration of the paving process and explained the construction points in detail, which benefited the tilers present a lot. During the session we share experience and feeling with tilers, how they normally lay tiles, how different the training process is from theirs, tools used locally and those new seen for the first time.

We received positive feedback from the tilers; the training was very significant to their day-to-day work and introduction of creative ideas will greatly improve their professionalism. 

At the end of the training, Tanzania marketing manager took the fundis for a tour in the factory to visit the production line, package line and product inspection. The tilers are very excited and interested. They hope to have more chances to learn from the factory.
