TWYFORD Ghana has been recognised with the “GNCCI Manufacturing-Building Materials Company of the Year 2024” at the 5th Chamber Business Awards, hosted by the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GNCCI) at the Accra International Conference Centre. This year’s ceremony, themed “Revitalizing Ghana’s Development Agenda through Strategic Public–Private Partnerships,” highlighted the private sector’s outstanding contributions to innovation, governance, business growth, and social impact—reinforcing its role as a key driver of national development.

The event brought together representatives from government agencies, industry associations, and the broader business community. In his opening address, GNCCI President Stephen Miezan underscored the growing importance of private-sector engagement as the new government advances its economic recovery and long-term development plans. “Government cannot do it alone.
