Twyford Senegal Donates 3 Million CFA Francs to the Sindia University Students Association

Recently, Twyford Senegal held a donation ceremony at the Sindia City Hall, donating 3 million CFA francs to the Sindia University Students Association for educational funding. The funds are dedicated to helping Sindia students studying in Dakar address housing challenges and improve learning resources, such as purchasing textbooks. The initiative aims to ease practical difficulties faced by young people and encourage their active participation in community development and social engagement.

In his remarks, Sindia Mayor Mr. THIERNO DIAGNE spoke highly of Twyford Senegal's generous contribution. He noted that education is the foundation of local development. This donation, he said, reflects a forward-looking and highly responsible act of corporate citizenship. He particularly values Twyford Senegal's long-standing commitment to local education, youth development, and community economic growth. The city government looks forward to building a stronger partnership with Twyford Senegal to explore sustainable support models and create a brighter future for the next generation in Sindia.”

Since 2023, through its financial aid program, Twyford Senegal has donated a total of over 7.1 million CFA francs to the Sindia University Students Association, benefiting over 300 students in need.
